At CERTEX Danmark A/S, steel wire rope is one of our oldest business areas and we have several rigging workshops in Denmark, the largest is in the city of Esbjerg. Our experienced employees are ready to help you with any special production within steel wire rope. We manufacture wire rope slings with end fittings of your choice.
Our handmade flat braided wire slings, which require a very special technique, are also produced in-house. We are experts in other steel wire rope services such as shortening/cutting wire and rope pear socketing. In addition, we also load test steel wire in our test bench.
Production of wire rope slings
In our workshops, we manufacture the steel wire with the end fittings of your choice. Next, we pack your new slings on a drum, plastic drum, or in a bundle. We produce all types of wire slings.

Our flat braided wire rope slings are handmade, which requires a special technique and many years of experience. We manufacture flat braided slings in many different sizes.

DNV type approved wire slings
We are certified and authorised to manufacture DNV 2.7-1 wire rope slings. We can manufacture 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-part wire slings. 2.7-3 wire slings can be manufactured on request.

Load test of steel wire rope
We perform load tests of steel wire in our test center. We pull tests up to 1200 tons and break tests up to 900 tons. Of course, we also load test many other types of lifting equipment.
